Lord Sarfraz visits HMS Portland at sea

Lord Sarfraz visited HMS Portland, a Type 23 frigate, at sea today.  As part of the Armed Forces Parliamentary Scheme, Lord Sarfraz saw the "Thursday War", part of the Fleet Operational Sea Training (FOST).  FOST is highly regarded as one of the world's best Naval training organisations.
