Lord Sarfraz met with The Rt Hon the Baroness Scotland of Asthal KC, Secretary General of the Commonwealth, at Marlborough House.  

A range of initiatives of the Commonwealth Secretariat were discussed, such as intra-Commonwealth trade and the Blue Charter.
